Please note that we NEVER collect your credit card number or credit card expiry date or other details pertaining to your credit card on our website. Credit card information will be obtained and processed by our online payment partner Razorpay or such other one which we may be associated with.

When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.

If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.

Jurisdiction
If you choose to visit the website, your visit and any dispute over privacy is subject to this Policy and the website's Terms of Use. In addition to the foregoing, any disputes arising under this Policy shall be governed by the laws of India and courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
