Refund policy

We offer a hassle-free exchange policy on all our products should you change your mind. We will issue you store credit in the form of a Gift Card / Coupon Code that can be used for any other purchase. 

Email us on contact@akulyajewels.com or +91 98200 76226 within 24 hours of receiving the product to claim exchange. The exchange shall be subject to the following Exchange Policy.


Exchange Policy

  • We only exchange products and do not refund.
  • Exchange of products will not be applicable for worn products, customised products, the items on sale or in case the seal of the product is broken.
  • International orders are not eligible for exchange unless the product has been damaged in transit or a wrong product was shipped.
  • Product tags and the original packing must be intact to avail exchange. 
  • A product can be exchanged only once through the course of an order.
  • Any exchange is subject to availability and the timelines may differ from the earlier purchased product.
  • All charges will be borne by the customer.

Refund Policy

Only under exceptional circumstances, and solely upon decision of our management, are we able to offer refunds. Such refunds shall be considered on a case to case basis.

Steps to avail Exchange:

  1. Please email us at contact@akulyajewels.com or +91 98200 76226 within 24 hours of receiving the product. Do mention your order number and the product you want to exchange.
  2. Upon your request, a pickup from the shipping address mentioned in your original order shall be initiated by us at your cost. In case you wish to send the product directly, please send it to:

  1. For international order, the customer shall be liable to ship the product to us.
  2. The product must be UNUSED with the product tags and original packing intact as otherwise we will not be able to process your proposed exchange. 
  3. Reverse pickup / re-shipping usually takes 5-7 days, and since we rely upon a courier partner, a definite timeline cannot be given. 
  4. We conduct a thorough quality check of the product upon receipt and this may take 7-10 days. 
  5. If the product passes the quality check, we will issue you a store credit in the form of a Gift Card or Coupon Code.
  6. All exchanges are subject to availability of the product.
